This structure won the award for Most Outstanding Building in the category 'Commercial Buildings' by the Indian Chapter of the American Concrete Institute. International Tech Park was the first project to be executed on a public-private partnership with the Govt. of Karnataka, Tatas and Ascendas of Singapore. Institutional Campuses

Shapoorji Pallonji takes pride in the fact that they are a part of shaping India's youth into capable citizens of tomorrow. One of our most prestigious projects was the Birla Residential School Bangalore. Equally deserving is the campus of BITS, Goa that houses the most brilliant future engineers of the country. This premier engineering institution is fully equipped with an auditorium that can seat 2500 people, a huge library, modern computer centres, hostels, and a unique water treatment plant.


When it comes to hospitality, Shapoorji Pallonji has always extended a warm welcome through its projects. The Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai is one of the finest and most renowned hotel structures worldwide. Shapoorji Pallonji was also involved on the expansion of the Maurya Towers, which has the unique distinction of having housed the former President of the United States, Mr. Bill Clinton. The Brabourne Stadium, one of the landmarks of Mumbai, is a magnificent cricket stadium and is the pride of Indian cricket.
