Railway Station Development

Railway Station Development

Since the British laid the first railway track on Indian soil in 1837, rail-based transportation has grown in sheer network size and technology. We aim to partner with new initiatives and support the Indian Railways by offering our expertise in executing civil projects, providing novelty and ideas for constructing better railway stations.

Redeveloping existing stations across India to match the cutting-edge technology of modern railway transportation is a mission SP E&C is actively looking at. We leverage commercial development of vacant separable land and airspace in and around the station to find ways of delivering such projects. We have identified some opportunities and are currently exploring multiple avenues of participation.
