Key projects:

  • I-Flex was the first Indian building to be constructed with cable-stayed concrete slab and was acknowledged as the ‘Most Outstanding Building’ in the category ‘Commercial Buildings’, by the Indian Chapter of the American Concrete Institute. International Tech Park was the first project to be executed on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Govt. of Karnataka, Tatas and Ascendas of Singapore. International Tech Park Bangalore (ITPB) is another torchbearer of the India success story, with its continued contribution to the development of Whitefield as a major IT hub in India’s Silicon Valley. Shapoorji Pallonji’s unmatched construction capability is also reflected in the Pricewaterhouse Coopers building in Kolkata.
  • Under the brand name, SP Infocity, testimony to our remarkable achievements is the construction of pan-India IT Parks. In Pune, the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) project is an integrated campus with all modern amenities, complete with residential and recreational facilities.
