‘Housing for all' is a priority of the Government of India. The daunting target of bridging the gap of more than 2 crore dwellings by 2022 is of utmost priority, and requires the entire value chain of stakeholders to perform their part in this economically and socially important agenda.
We use the latest in construction technology for building affordable homes. The core technology used by us include Precast, top down building technology, tunnel firm, Pods (pre-fabricated toilet units), 3D printing (currently in an experimental stage) among other such advanced technologies.
Some of our mass housing projects include – Sukhobrishti project in New town Kolkata, Joyville projects in Howrah and Virar etc.
